Getting Access to Wireless Internet
Please ensure that you have the following:
Software/Hardware /Configuration Requirements
No special software is required to connect to the wireless network. It is recommended that you have either a G or A type wireless network card. We do require that you have an up to date anti-virus program running at all time on your computer. Details on configuration settings are available at Wireless Access - General Information. Please note that by logging into the network, you are acknowledging that you accept, and will comply with, the college’s information technology policies. The policies are located under Information Technology Policies on our website.
Your User ID is your student number. For the password, use the same one you use to access the Self-Serve Password Utility or STU-VIEW. If you have never changed your password through the Self-Serve Password Utility please visit FAQs.
If you do not know your student ID and password please visit the Library Learning Commons or the Student Service Centre on your campus. You will need your student ID card and another piece of government issued picture identification (e.g. Driver's License, Health Card) for identity verification.
